No 21 The Timbers

House. Late C18, remodelled c1830, with late C20 alterations. Brick with ashlar dressings and concrete tile roof. 2 brick gable stacks with coped octagonal double stacks.  Central 2 storey timber framed gabled porch with rendered nogging and decorative timberwork. Jettied first floor has a 2-light casement with wooden mullion. Below, a C20 board door. This building is one of those built or altered c1790-1820 by George de Ligne Gregory and remodelled in a picturesque style c1820-1840 by Gregory Gregory

In the Estate sale of 1937, the tenancy is that of Mr C. Moore.
