The RHS of the building was originally two separate cottages which in recent times has been joined together and the unsympathetic 20C windows changed back to the original style windows.

In the Estate sale of 1937, the tenancy is to Mr Kennewell and Mr L. Isaac

In the 1940's, the Clarke family lived in No 33 which was the far righthand side of the then four residences (see photo below taken in 1960's) in the building. Pat Hollingsworth (nee Higgins) was close friends with the Clarks daughter Margaret. Pat recalls that the Clark family comprising mum and dad, grandfather, and Margarets three brothers Peter, David and Ralph, all lived in the then small two up two down cottage.

Above image taken in the late 1960's. Note the windows on the cottage second from the right at some time were converted to modern 20C style which has now been re-instated to match the original period style windows in the property on the far right (No 33?)
